Challenge

Consumers were overburdened by complicated communication and fragmented processes to meet their needs .

Solution

Assess top pain points and reimagine fluid processes to accomplish a task. Basically, we had to analyze, observe and recreate intuitive processes that would be simple and delightful for the consumer even if they were complicated behind the scenes. If you want people to follow the course, let it be easy.

My Role

Drive a compelling story to elicit action. Data collection from digital teams, strategy design, storyboard and storytelling for leadership team.

Outcome

Created the next steps for program design and intensifying tactics for value creation.
