Sometimes it is difficult for us to manage our behavior for long-term benefit. This is especially true when outside factors serve as obstacles. We had to determine how might we encourage adherence to routines that promote better health and reduce the incidence of critical care by making the obstacle, well, less of an obstacle.
The Opportunity
Evaluate and redesign the customer experience in order to automate some dependencies and thereby reduce friction that was making the task so difficult.
